Refund Policy

One for All Events LLC wishes to be as flexible as possible with our attendees; however, there are certain points in the conference planning process where costs are incurred that we cannot recover. Therefore we have adopted the following refund policy. All refund requests from US-based purchases will be handled based upon the date you contact us. If greater than two months before the event, it will be refunded in full minus a $25 processing fee. If the request arrives between one and two months before the event, we will refund 50% of the ticket cost. Requests after that point will be non-refundable. However conference tickets may always be transferred to another person, but cannot be resold for a higher price than initially paid.

International ticket purchases are non-refundable at all times with one exception.  If you need to apply for a visa in order to attend our conference, and if that visa is declined, we will refund your purchase fully.  You just need to send us a copy of the official letter you received stating that your application was denied.
